I'm surprised that nobody's posted in this topic yet, so let me start...

Restaurants in Recoleta
I find that the many restaurants directly across from the Recoleta Cemetary are a bit of a tourist trap. They're great places to stop for a drink but in my opinion the food there is generally overpriced for what you get.

For a better quality meal and nicer food presentation while still in the same area, try the restaurants next to the Village Recoleta cinema complex and further along the street (Vicente Lopez). One of my favourite restaurants there is Puertosuelo - it has a great atmosphere and quality food.

So, who can add to the list of dining destinations in Buenos Aires?
