Mendoza province lies in the west of Argentina and is probably most famous for its many world-class wines, however vineyards are not the only attraction in the area as the province also hosts South America's premier ski resort, Las Leņas and the mighty 6962 metre high Aconcagua - the highest mountain peak outside of Asia.
